It seems improbable but some eBay sellers have managed to develop enough of a reputation and display enough of their personality in their auctions that they’ve become sort of famous in the eBay community. At least online the don’t need to dodge the paparazzi.

On the front is written in gold ink eBay Celebrities, Golden Palace, #1 Internet Casino, and eBay Live 2006 Las Vegas! This shirt is a one of a kind collectible item. It has a Golden Palace decal affixed onto the back of the shirt.

I guess that settles it then. There are a total of 8 eBay celebrities

Duct Tape NLREBEL to the Pizza Shop

Saturday, June 10th, 2006

While the DJ spins the tunes, and Dawson and Suzzette hand out FREE PIZZA, NLREBEL will be DUCT TAPED, one silver strip at a time, to the front of DANELL’s PIZZA SHOP! After all the duct tape has been applied, the step ladder will be removed, and the whole town will see with their own eyes, if it holds him to the wall!

Do we pay extra if he falls on his head?

Beavinsons Mini Me

Monday, March 13th, 2006

So I found this giant Pink Plastic egg one day and at the shop my friends kept asking if I was going to put it on eBay. I simply said nope not yet I wanted to hatch it and see what is inside. You guessed it they had such dumbfounded looks on their faces!! You are going to what?

For the next week I joke around about hatching the egg and even made a nest in my office chair and sat on it a few times. They thought the egg was empty but I knew it was full of imagination

NLREBEL Gold Popcorn

Monday, January 30th, 2006

I saw this piece of popcorn promoted by the famous NLREBEL. I like this guy, he has a shinny head. So anyway his auction captured me because of the cool way he made his eBay auction just sizzle. He had cool graphics and added a video from when he was on the Channel Three News. They interviewed him about his crazy auctions and had him find something to sell on eBay. IT WAS THIS PIECE OF POPCORN! eBay shut the auction down the first time becuase he forgot to say “THIS POPCORN IS NOT MEANT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION”. I Think it was a little over $60.00 at that time. Then he started the auction again and the popcorn was up into the $250 range! Strange, Bizarre? Yes and thats the cool part. eBay shut the popcorn down again because of some banner ad in the auction or something stupid like that. So Three times a CHARM right? Yes it was and I was the proud owner of this popcorn for $91.00! The attention from this purchase even got me written up in an article from a Maine News Agency! But why did I buy it you ask? It is simple. I wanted to sell it for more!

Most Expensive Pine Branch

Thursday, December 15th, 2005

The Worlds Most Expensive Pine Branch! That’s right! This Pine Branch is easily worth over $3000.00! (Calculations based on my recent sale of one single pine needle for $61.00)

If you missed that auction, here’s a recap…

The Pulse was boring so I listed a single Pine Needle. After 10 days of being harassed about my dry hands, the auction ended with a winning bid of $61.00!

Do they have no shame! If they can sell a pine needle for $61 do they need any shame?
