Two of the creatures ran out the door of ambulance and vanished in the dark of the night, they had long tentacle looking like arms and very quickly moved.

Another was crawling from my wife and I in a strength of rage pushed officer aside and ran to my beloved Katerina. I tightly gripped on to creature with all my might and threw it to front of Ambulance. My Katerina was covered in bleeding but too black it seemed for to her own bloods.

The story is sure to be authentic with that broken English description
