This little auction makes its rounds on the internet regularly, and is often erroneously attributed to eBay. In fact, it turned up on the Australian sold.com.au auction site.
Admittedly, the seller wasn’t based in Australia, yet it seems that’s where he thought his target audience lay. But WHY, we ask, because the really queer thing is … an American kettle won’t work in Australia!
This is what my Granny used to say: “Always wear a shirt with a pocket.”
And this is what we say today: “Always wear a shirt with a trouser when you’re using your camera to take photos of reflective items.”
